Walking together is a simple yet powerful way to boost mood, build confidence, and connect with others in a relaxed, supportive environment. Whether you’re looking to get more active, meet new people, or simply enjoy some fresh air, this group is open to all.

The first walk will take place on Wednesday 15th April, meeting at the Sheffield Mind Wellbeing Centre at 10:30am and finishing at 12:00pm. The walk will be led by Jude, an experienced walker who will guide the group at a comfortable and inclusive pace. 

We warmly encourage anyone interested to come along and give it a try. No prior experience is needed, we just need you to bring comfortable shoes, appropriate clothing and a willingness to enjoy the outdoors with others.
