You’re not alone Our free 6‑week Anger Management Course is here to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface, recognise your triggers and learn safer, healthier ways to respond when emotions run high or you feel under pressure. If anger has been affecting your relationships, your wellbeing, or the way you see yourself, this course offers a supportive space to explore your experiences and build practical tools for change. Who can join the course? Adults living in Sheffield who are registered with a Sheffield GP are welcome to take part. What to expect in group sessions? A supportive group — a space where you don’t have to face anger alone. Open conversation — talk about your experiences without judgement or shame. Understanding your triggers — learn to spot early signs before anger takes over. Practical skills — build confidence using CBT techniques, mindfulness, and emotion‑regulation strategies. A personal toolkit — develop resources you can rely on during stressful moments. Better communication — practise expressing your needs in a safe, structured environment. A new way forward — start thinking differently about how you respond to challenges. How to register Signing up is simple.
