Feeling anger can be healthy emotion, it can sometimes be how we cope with anger that may not be good for our wellbeing. It is natural to feel angry towards people, places, and things. We can also direct this anger towards ourselves. For some people, their relationship with anger can cause hurt and distress to themselves and others. 

It can be frightening when your anger overwhelms you and it can be very difficult to manage it in the moment. We can support you to explore this and find alternatives ways of coping in a safe place. 

We run free 6 week  Anger Management Group courses for both men and women. The courses are for adults living in Sheffield and registered with a Sheffield GP.
