Lockdown Life

A lot of people have found it incredibly tough to cope over the last couple of years. Lockdown has been challenging for all of us in one way or another and being isolated from loved ones, unsure of what the future would hold and trying to cope with the day to day demands of family and work life was a lot to balance.

People coped with the situation in many different ways and throughout Lockdown we shared real stories of real people, how they were managing and what positive things they have done to look after their mental wellbeing and build resilience.

Here are their stories.

If you'd like to tell us about your experiences of the pandemic, email [email protected]
