Here 4 U is a free, confidential telephone‑based listening and signposting service for adults aged 18 and over living in Sheffield, provided by Sheffield Mind.

Here 4 U aims to reduce loneliness and help people feel heard. The service offers a weekly 30 minute phone call for up to 12 weeks. Providing a friendly, non‑judgemental space to have a chat with one of our volunteers.

Our  volunteers offer a friendly chat, not counselling or therapy. We won’t provide emotional or clinical support, but we can listen, help you feel less alone, and, if needed, share information about other services and available support options.
