We have volunteers from all a range of backgrounds with a huge variety of skills and experience.

Some come to us to develop their skills and experience with a view to enhancing career prospects whilst others bring the skills they have learned elsewhere o add value to our work.

Some people have free time and want to give something back to their local community and others have an interest or skill that they would like to develop, such as supporting us with promotion and social media.

The common denominator in all of the above, is that the people that come to us do so because they care and want to support people who have mental health issues and help them to access the help they need.

We are always on the lookout for enthusiastic and committed volunteers who can spare a few hours a week or an hour or two on request, to support us with regular service delivery and special events.

Volunteers are a valued part of our team and we work hard to ensure that they have a rewarding and fun experience. As a volunteer, you will receive a full induction, training and ongoing support and will get the opportunity to participate in events and activities.
