Supported Self Help Supported Self Help is a six-week guided programme designed to help you better understand and manage your mental health. You'll receive self-help materials tailored to your needs and meet weekly, one-to-one, with a practitioner who will guide and support you through the sessions. While not a counselling service, the programme draws on counselling techniques and includes tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support your progress. It’s a practical, empowering approach—and it works:Between 84–90% of people who’ve completed the programme report improvements in their mental health. How Can This Service Help Me? We work with you to choose the right programme for your needs and create a personalised support plan. We can help with a wide range of issues, including: Anxiety & panic attacks Low mood & depression Managing stress Anger management Low self-esteem Coping with grief & loss Loneliness Understanding menopause You don’t need a mental health diagnosis to access this service—if you're struggling, we're here to help.
