Sheffield Mind’s fully trained, empathetic Listening Post counsellors are here to assist during difficult periods and transitions in your life. They can support you to to process trauma, bereavement or difficult situations at home or at work, providing a safe space in which to talk and reflect.

This service is charged at a standard rate of £45 per hour. All proceeds go towards supporting the work of Sheffield Mind; helping to increase capacity and improve our services. All Listening Post counsellors are fully qualified.

Once we receive your referral we will contact you to do a telephone pre-assessment within 14 days.

After that, if you are eligible for the service, we will invite you for a full assessment and your sessions will start as soon as possible after that.
