Written by our service user representatives, volunteers, and staff, the newsletter shares organisational updates, service information, and news about upcoming events. It’s a great way to stay informed about what’s been happening at Sheffield Mind — and to hear genuine feedback from the people who know our services best: the people who use them.

The Service User Newsletter will be published quarterly and will include insights and feedback gathered at our regular service user socials, held at our Wellbeing Centre.

Co-production underpins all of our services, and it’s essential that we continue to listen, reflect, and review our work. This helps ensure the support we deliver remains relevant, meaningful, and responsive to the needs of the people who use our services.
