About Me

My desire to support others has come from my own life experiences; whether it is through academic work, voluntary work, paid work or lived experience. I see positive wellbeing as a way to help motivate individuals to become the best version of themselves by imparting support strategies and inward thinking to re-discover inner strength. Patience, kindness, approachability, empathy and calmness are attributes I bring to our sessions.

I work in a trauma-informed way with alongside three primary modalities; Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Attachment Theory and Person Centred Theory which offers a warm, safe space to unpack life experiences collaboratively. Insight is built by facilitating conditions of growth through empathy, honesty and unconditional care, alongside therapeutic challenge to foster growth via self-awareness at a safe pace. We can collaboratively construct psychological toolkits to manage an array of symptoms.
