Workplace Wellbeing - supporting mental health in the workplace

Sheffield Mind works with local employers, to support you to get the best out of your workforce. We offer a range of services to improve and maintain workplace wellbeing including training, counselling and anger management.   For more details on how we can help you, click here.

We believe that in order to create a positive workplace, employers need to think about the environment their staff work in, the workplace atmosphere and how their staff feel about their day-to-day work. Addressing these issues – and backing your approach up with effective health and wellbeing policies - can have a really positive impact on your business. Investing in the mental and physical health of your employees will not only improve their quality of life, it will help to create a more engaged, motivated and high-performing workforce.

The pages below are designed to help you in that process; we have simple tips that employers can try out – not every tip will suit everyone, but we’re sure you’ll find helpful, inexpensive ways in which you can improve your workplace wellbeing.
