Women's Anger Management Course 2026 We are pleased to announce our upcoming women’s only Anger Management course, which will start on the 13 March and run for 6 weeks at the Darnell Wellbeing Centre. The course is free to attend and session run weekly, from 12.30 - 3.00 p.m. The partnership with our colleagues at Darnall, allows us to make the courses more accessible to local people and will hopefully encourage people looking for support, to come forward. This course is designed specifically to help individuals understand their anger, identify triggers, and adopt safer reaction techniques. Anger can profoundly affect your relationships, work life, and overall wellbeing. If your anger has been impacting your daily life, this course will provide supportive guidance to understand your emotions and build effective management strategies.
