Hello, I'm Laura.

My journey to becoming a therapist began when I started exploring my own mental health and personal experiences. The growth and self-discovery I found through my own therapy inspired me to support others—especially those who may not have been given the tools to navigate life in the way I had. In a world that can often bring pain, disconnection, and struggle, I want to offer a space where people can learn about themselves, grow, and thrive, no matter what’s happening around them.

As a therapist, I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for clients to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Using a person-centred, psychodynamic approach, I support self-expression, insight, and emotional resilience. Together, we can build understanding and tools for change—helping clients feel more empowered, connected, and in charge of their mental health.
