I trained as an Art Psychotherapist because I am passionate about helping people feel heard, seen and understood.

I love learning about individuals and the collective human experience, and how art can be used as a tool for self-expression. Incorporating art in the therapy experience helps to connect people to their inner worlds and what might be going on for them. As a therapist, I have the privilege to support people in navigating lifes challenges and to make a meaningful difference.

As a neurodiverse, queer Art Psychotherapist, I encourage a safe place within the therapy room, supporting clients in exploring their thoughts, emotions, and inner world through the art materials provided. Using a person-centred and integrative approach, I help clients build resilience, coping skills, and have an increased self-awareness. We work together at your own pace toward meaningful change and personal growth.

I can help with :

  • Neurodiversity
  • Improving wellbeing;
  • Improving self esteem

  • Relationship Breakdown/difficulty
  • LGBTQIA+
