Hi, I'm Gillian

I became a therapist because of my own experience of therapy. It was the best thing I have done for myself and helped me change my
 life on so many levels.  It made perfect sense that I should help people the way I was helped and I hope that because I understand what counselling feels like clients will connect with me on a deeper level. 

I believe clients are the experts in their own lives. Using a pluralistic counselling approach, I work collaboratively with clients to explore experiences and challenges in a safe, supportive space. Sessions move at your pace, with time to talk openly and feel heard. My practice is grounded in empathy, understanding, and genuine respect.
