Get Set To Go Blog

Our Peer Mentors have been having a think about their own experiences of getting active and if and what they enjoyed, what barriers they had encountered and what they would recommend to people who are keen to get more active but maybe lacking the confidence to take the plunge.

We will be posting these observations on the site so do have a read here

About Get Set To Go

Our Get Set to Go programme is designed to improve the quality of life for anyone with a mental health problem through access to sport and physical activity in the local community.

Although we have had to change the way we do things we are still doing all we can to facilitate events and activities and hope to revisit some of the elements - such as training  - that we have had to put on hold.

If you want to know a little more about the project and what we hope to achieve click here for details

If you have any questions about the project or would like to get in touch you can email the project co-ordinator at [email protected]
