Hello Im David, I became a counsellor partly through my own therapy journey, which showed me the power of being truly heard without judgement. I’ve seen how few male counsellors there are, and how many men face mental health struggles in silence. I want to change that—showing therapy is a strength. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space for anyone to speak openly and work through whatever’s on their mind with understanding and compassion.

Using a Person-Centered approach with empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard, I build trust and connection. I tailor therapy to your needs—listening with understanding, asking thoughtful questions, and gently challenging unhelpful patterns—supporting growth at your pace through life’s challenges.
