The courses have been very successful and we have seen participants grow in confidence and gain practical skills which they can transfer into volunteering or workplace roles.

Ieva and the team that help her to deliver the courses, have enjoyed seeing trainees develop and blossom during the sessions and have been particularly struck by the support they have provided to one another.
