Throughout my adult life I've experienced challenges with mental health, and anxiety at times has really hammered me. I'ts not been a single player campaign against it though, I've been fortunate to have received amazing support from my G.P and mental health services, family and friends.
I cannot commend enough the work that Mind do.
In support of their incredible work, I'll be making my standup comedy debut and performing a short set on December 12th at Picture House Comedy night, Abbeydale Picture House Sheffield.
