The sessions will take place every Tuesday evenings in January from the 7th at Sheffield Mind Wellbeing Centre, at 6:45pm-7.30pm.

What's the recommended donation?
The classes are donation-based and pay what you feel. Suggested donation of £5 per class - with all proceeds going directly to support the wonderful people at Sheffield Mind.

What to Expect
The class will start with a gentle pranayama (breathing) practice, flow through a gentle yet energising sequence of yoga asanas (poses), and end with a meditation to leave you feeling refreshed and grounded. The class will be around 45 minutes.

New to Yoga?
Beginners are more then welcome! The flow will be gentle and there will be plenty of modifications and options throughout.

What to Bring

  • A yoga mat (If you don’t have one, let me know)
  • Comfortable gym wear, plus a warm jumper for those cozy final moments
